About the author

James P Hart wrote Your Your Attention because he has achieved an extraordinary life and wanted to share the ideas with other people. James comes from a business background and during school and early in his career he felt he was just reacting to things and not living the dreams he envisioned for himself. Through constant research and trying out many of the so-called time management tools, he realised it doesn't matter how many things you have to help you, if you don't have the priorities sorted out and the means to follow them, then everything else is a waste of time.

James currently travels around the world whilst working on projects that he has chooses to do and not ones he feels he has to do. In the twelve months prior to writing this book he has lived in five different countries. This is possible because he follows he own advice and is proof it works.

His interests including health and fitness, bicycle riding, finding new places to live and hanging out by the beach.
